Who Can Apply
D.Pharm
Diploma- 10+2 (PCB or PCM) from a recognised board
- Minimum 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST)
- Age: 17 years or above at time of admission
- Valid government-issued photo ID
B.Pharm
Bachelor's- 10+2 (PCB or PCM) from a recognised board
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST)
- OR D.Pharm holders eligible for lateral entry (2nd year)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
M.Pharm
Master's- B.Pharm from a PCI-recognised institution
- Minimum 55% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST)
- GPAT score preferred (not mandatory)
- Valid government-issued photo ID

Please arrange all documents before applying. Original documents must be presented at the time of counselling. Self-attested photocopies are required for submission.
